The Shrewsbury Club is here to provide a positive fitness experience for all our members. Our educated and passionate trainers strive to create an open atmosphere, welcoming of all fitness levels. We don’t just offer a fitness club, we offer a fitness community.

Our facilities include a weight room, cardio room and several group exercise rooms that will cater to your every fitness need. Group exercise classes, group training, and personal training are also available. These specially designed training programs will help members of all fitness level achieve their goals.

Meet our new Fitness Director

Hi, my name is Zachary Zoufaly. I am a “Zach of all trades.” I played Baseball ( D1), Football ( D1), Swimming ( D1), and Basketball (D3) in college. I graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Biology, Chemistry, and Health Science. I also played baseball in the minors. I have experience coaching baseball, basketball, and football at the high school level, middle school level, and individuals. I am also a bodybuilder and strength and condition coach with 15+ years of fitness, health, wellness, physiology, and nutrition experience. I love everything that has to do with sports and fitness, I have been through everything you could imagine with sports and fitness, which has given me insight that very few have obtained. I am so excited to develop and create amazing athletes and amazing individuals.
