Sean is a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer. He has specialty certifications as a strength and conditioning coach, nutrition coach, and senior fitness specialist. He is currently working toward obtaining a U.S. Soccer Coaching license.

Sean has made it his mission to help people achieve their goals while giving them motivation, guidance, and support. He designs age-appropriate programming with a specific focus on cardiovascular, strength, balance, and flexibility training.
