We offer a wide variety of invigorating group exercise classes taught by qualified, passionate instructors. Whether you are looking for cardio, strength, interval, mind/body or fusion workouts; we have the right class for everyone. All group exercise classes strive to challenge participants at their own level while creating a supportive and motivating environment. Pricing

All regularly scheduled classes are complimentary as part of you membership, specialist clinics and workshops are additional. Non-Members can participate in the regularly scheduled classes for $20.00/class.

Muscle Mix

Is a high/low intensity, strength training class that uses hand weights, exercise bands, physio balls, steps, and body bars. You will experience a workout that trains every major muscle group in the entire body, using a variety of equipment and exercises so that you’ll never get bored. No muscle gets neglected in this class.

Classic Spin

Funky Spin

A Spinning class is a high intensity, non-impact cardio workout with each participant riding a specially designed stationary bike. Spinning goes hand in hand with cardiovascular fitness, increased metabolism and weight loss. Spinning will work your legs, glutes, heart , lungs and sweat glands like they’ve never been worked before! Once you experience your first Spinning class the feeling of community, satisfaction, success and not to mention sweat, will keep you coming back for more!

Strength Intervals

Is a high-intensity, full-body workout that targets the major muscle groups of the upper/lower body. From circuit-style, Tabata style, muscle toning exercises using dumbbells, exercise bands, step, Bosu, medicine ball, and body weight. Each class brings its own unique challenges. No two class are the same. Members will improve cardiovascular stamina, core strength, and flexibility.

Is a combination class that offers various movements from low/ high impact, step, kickboxing, muscular strength, & endurance to have a fun and challenging workout.

Yoga

Classic Yoga

Yoga-Pilates

Yoga Stretch

This mind/body workout will increase strength, flexibility and you will learn meditation and relaxation techniques. this breath oriented practice will help to increase your circulation, tone and renew your energy. Strength and Flexibility focuses on these exercises. Flow Yoga is a mix of vinyasa flows and gentle relaxation.
