🎾 Flexible Booking for All Players
We offer convenient court bookings for both members and non-members, with peak and off-peak rates to suit your schedule and budget.
Members may book up to 6 days in advance. Example: You may book on Tuesday to request a court for the next Monday. Non-members may book up to 1 day in advance.
Reservation Requirements
– All reservations require the court host or whomever is booking the reservation, to have a credit card on file. This policy
applies to all members & non-member guests.
– Reservations require the first & last name of ALL participants. Host is asked to gather this information before booking
court.
🕐 Peak & Off-Peak Rates
- Choose from affordable off-peak times or go for our popular peak hours—perfect for after-work or weekend sessions.
- Members enjoy preferred pricing, but everyone’s welcome to hit the courts!

👥 Non-Members Welcome
Not a member? No problem! Non-members are always welcome to play—just note there’s a $20 guest fee per player in addition to court fees.
❌ Cancellation Policy
The Shrewsbury Club requires at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel a court reservation. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to the full court reservation cost.
⏰ No-Show Policy
We enforce a 15-minute grace period for all court reservations.
If you haven’t checked in within 15 minutes of your scheduled start time, the booking will be canceled and the court made available to others. Failure to show or cancel will result in a no-show fee charged to the host of the reservation.
🎾 Court Etiquette
- Begin play promptly at your scheduled time and finish within 5 minutes of your session ending. This allows enough time for clean-up and transition.
- Be respectful of others: do not enter the court before your reserved time. A 5-minute transition period is built in for the smooth exit and entry of players.
- Please dispose of any trash and return all equipment to designated areas.
