Job Type: Part-time NOT SEASONAL WORK, MUST HAVE YEAR-ROUND AVAILABILITY
Qualifications:

Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
Job description:
Work with children as young as 2 months old to 12 years old in our Kidz Club while their parents are working out in the facility.
Help create fun, and engaging activities and implementation of those activities.
Assist in Birthday Parties and other fun events like parents nights out.
Must be reliable, timely, polite, kind, fun and patient.
Must have, or be willing to buy and pass CPR,AED CERTIFICATION

USTA or PTR Certification is REQUIRED
One or more years of tennis instruction experience with juniors and adults
NTRP rating of 5.0 or higher; collegiate playing experience preferred

Job Description:
Responsible for growing the net profitability of assigned tennis programming.
Accountable for meeting and exceeding all financial and participation goals for lessons, clinics, drills, teams, camps, and other programs.
Acquire new tennis business while retaining existing clients.
Consistently exceed client expectations for both service and instruction.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date court bookings at all times.
Work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Under the direction of the Tennis Director, schedule, administer, and supervise (as needed) USTA tournaments, practices, and matches.
Enforce all club policies for junior tennis staff, members, and guests.
Maintain current CPR & First Aid certifications.
Collaborate with the Tennis Director to prepare and implement contingency plans for inclement weather.
Other Duties & Requirements:
Maintain punctual, clear, and timely communication at all times.
Demonstrate a respectful, highly positive, and team-oriented attitude with clients and staff.
Actively and consistently promote club programming to increase member participation and retention.
Provide guidance on improving physical conditioning and support injury prevention for players under instruction.
Stay fully informed on all programming within and beyond the tennis department
Assist with daily set-up and breakdown of court equipment.
Pursue ongoing professional development and tennis education to enhance programming quality.

Job description:
Run Birds Baseball (Previously Team Mizuno NE) and The Shrewsbury Club are looking to hire a Young Player, recreational baseball coach/manager to grow our Little and Big Bombers programs.
Requirements:
Any applicant needs to have a minimum of 5 years of experience coaching baseball at a high level.
Any applicant must have a proven track record of growing a baseball program significantly.
It is Preferred if applicant has played at a collegiate level.
Applicants will need to be culturally aligned with the mission of The Shrewsbury Club, have a positive can do team approach to work.
Strong communication skills are required.
Aggressively friendly happy demeanor also a must.
Familiarity working in a school system would be preferred.
Significant experience working with, communicating with, and managing parent relationships.
Computer literacy is a must.
Must have 5 or more years of Baseball Coaching experience.
Always embody an enthusiastic, friendly, humble, and positive manner.
Played Baseball at a collegiate level (preferred)

The Shrewsbury Club is looking for an experienced Part Time Lacrosse coach to run boy and girl Lacrosse programs and drills at The Shrewsbury Club.
Requirements:
Previous experience creating and building a program is required.
Previous experience running leagues is required
It is preferable that the coach is already running an active youth Lacrosse Program.
It would be preferred if the coach played at a division 1 or 2 college level.

Front Desk Member Service Representatives:
Our Shrewsbury Club Member Service Representatives are responsible for ensuring members and their guests to the club are made to feel welcome and transactions are completed quickly and correctly at every interaction.
Pay: $16-$17hr
Schedule and Openings
Currently we are hiring for a variety of morning and afternoon shifts.
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 3/3:30pm-7/7:30pm
Saturday’s opening 6:30am-12:30pm
Up to 22 hours/week. (Important – this is a year-round job, NOT a seasonal job. Seasonal workers need not apply.)
Shifts are subject to change on occasion, additional shifts are also available at other times, coverage of other staff is occasionally requested. Schedule is set a month in advance.

Job Description
Strong Part Time Supervising Accountant needed for The Shrewsbury Club.
The Shrewsbury Club is a health Club and Sports operation, and this position requires some flexibility in the schedule.
The position is Part time and will range in hours from approximately 15-25 hours per week.
This position is under the direct supervision or the Club Owner, General Manager, Assistant General Manager.
Staff Accountant duties will include:
Payroll auditing & submittal,
Accounts Payable,
Accounts Receivable with club software,
Unpaid and Collections management and resolution,
Expense supervision,
Assistance with budget planning,
Auditing of any area of financial reporting when needed,
HR personnel document auditing,
HR Ensuring all onboarding, disciplinary actions, sick time and vacation time is recorded correctly in a systematic and organized fashion.
General business accounting,
Working with owners CPA for taxes.
Weekly expense and payroll reporting for Dept Heads, AGM, GM & Club Owner
Creation & expansion of detailed GL line items to improve reporting of business
Billing and follow up on outstanding payments,
Timely delivery and resolution of technical issues;
Review management letter, reports, financial statements
Supervise and train bookkeeper (when & if needed).
Review and analyze client internal controls;
Complete all financial statements, footnotes, and supplemental information;
Perform compilation and review engagements;
Prepare and review federal and multi-state tax returns for owners companies.
Work on related research and planning.
