❄️ Reliable Coverage When School Is Closed
The Shrewsbury Club’s Days Off / Snow Day Camp gives kids a safe, active place to spend single-day school holidays, professional development days, and snow days when parents still need to work. Campers enjoy sports, games, indoor activities, winter-themed fun, and outdoor snow play when conditions allow. Children must be potty-trained.
This camp requires a minimum of 4 campers to run. Open to club members and non-members alike.

How to Register for Days Off / Snow Day Camp
- Download the Camp Handbook here.
- Complete the last five pages of the Handbook.
- Click below to register and upload the completed pages with your registration form.
- Once your registration has been approved you will receive an email confirmation.
- Call our Front Desk at 508-845-1000 to put a credit card on file..
Important
– Please note that putting a credit card on file does not guarantee your spot at camp as all documents must be approved before any payments will be processed.
– If you do not receive an email confirmation within 48 hours please call our Camp Director’s office line Directly at 774-214-3030 for an update on the status of your registration.
– Camps will not run with less than 4 participants.
– Camp Registrations for the following week that are received between 12pm on Wednesdays-Sundays at 11:59pm during the prior week WILL incur a $25 late registration fee per camper.
– All Camp fees paid are Non refundable.
– Late registration fees will be added for campers registering for camp during the current week. *This will not apply to campers previously enrolled in the current week who are adding days in the current week.
Snow Day / Closure Disclaimer
– Dates and camp availability are subject to change. Please contact us to confirm that camp is running for a specific school closure or snow day.
– If weather or travel conditions are unsafe, the Camp Director reserves the right to cancel Snow Day Camp. We make every effort to run when possible and to open as early as safely feasible for families needing early drop-off care, but opening before 9am is not guaranteed.
– Snow Day campers should bring appropriate winter gear, including snow pants, warm winter jacket, gloves, snow boots, and a hat. Campers must be potty-trained.
This camp must comply with regulations of the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and be licensed by the local Board of Health. Parents/Guardians may request copies of background check, health care, and/or discipline policies.
