We also offer each of the XCEL programs beginning at the Bronze level through the Diamond level.

Also called JO, this program has a very strict regimented practice schedule and is geared towards advanced gymnastics skills.
Pre-team through level 2 consists of learning the basic competitive skills and routines. These levels are the beginning of the competitive world of gymnastics. Flexibility, strength and form are the focus of these levels.
Levels 3 through 5 are the start of competition gymnastics. These levels learn routines set out by USA Gymnastics, and are performed by all athletes within that level at each competition.
Levels 6 through 10 are considered optional levels. Each routine is created by a choreographer and performed at each competition. The higher the level, the more advanced the routine.
