SEGA Elite Cheerleading

NOW ACCEPTING ATHLETES FOR THE 2026–27 SEASON

📣 Youth Competitive Cheerleading

SEGA Elite is a small, local recreational cheer program where every athlete has an important role. Young athletes train with teammates of similar size while developing tumbling, stunting, jumps, showmanship, confidence, and teamwork.

Led by Cheerleading Director Mellissa Spradley, who has more than 10 years of coaching experience and training in OCS and USASF scoring and judging, our programs range from introductory Novice teams to an evaluation-based Elite Team. Athletes train on both spring floor and dead mat while building skills for future high school and college cheer.

Open to Club Members and Non-Members alike.

Competitive Cheer Programs for Growing Athletes

SEGA Elite combines competitive cheer training with the flexibility of a local recreational program. Participation in other sports is encouraged, and athletes work with teammates of similar size while developing skills on both spring floor and dead mat.

Because SEGA Elite is a small program, every athlete has a meaningful role. Coaches emphasize trust, discipline, sportsmanship, critical thinking, self-confidence, and physical strength alongside competitive cheer skills.

Placement depends on age, experience, and team fit. Prospective athletes may schedule a private tryout and attend a practice to help determine the right program.
