Introducing Trainer Matt Kehoe

Matt is our newest trainer and has been actively weight training, researching exercise and training people since he was 18 years old. Matt has take numerous college level courses in exercise science (strength & conditioning, functional anatomy, biomechanics, pre/post natal fitness, nutrition, etc) and holds two certifications. Though research, trial/error, and courses, Matt transformed himself from a tall, lanky 150lbs to a strong 230+ lbs. Matt’s passion is to help people transform their lives physically, mentally, and emotionally through fitness. Matt’s areas of expertise lies in strength training, functional training, muscle gain, fat-loss, and goal specific nutrition. He looks forward to help you with your fitness journey!
