Welcome to Fitness!

Fitness at the Shrewsbury Club is all about helping YOU become the best version of yourself. We offer various programs geared towards folks of all ages and levels of fitness. Our popular group exercise classes teach everything from Yoga and Zumba to Spin and HIIT.* These classes are led by our talented instructors, many of whom have years and years of experience in these classes.

In addition, we offer 12-week programs for those looking for longer-term help with their fitness goals, including 90-Day Transformation, Athlet X, and Shrewsbury S.T.R.O.N.G!** These programs are taught by our certified Personal Trainers. Meet them below!

Lastly, the Shrewsbury Club offers Personal Training for exclusive one-on-one fitness and nutrition counseling! We offer Private and Semi-Private lessons, so you can train with a friend! Learn more below.

Meet Our Fitness Team:

Bryan Whynot, Fitness Director

Previous two sport athlete Bryan is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Health, and Wellness from The University of New Hampshire. Stepping off the field, his passion for fitness stemmed from discovering the benefits that working out and nutrition had on his battle with two autoimmune diseases. For the past ten years, Bryan has worked in gyms holding multiple positions in Management, Marketing, Training and now Fitness Director. He believes that the gym should be a safe space for everyone to become the best versions of themselves.

In his free time Bryan enjoys snowboarding, hiking, and exploring new places. Whether it’s your first day in the gym or you’re looking to get back into your routine, why not Bryan?

Claire Pazzani, Personal Trainer

Claire is an AFPA Certified Personal Trainer who studied Health Sciences at MCPHS. As a lifelong athlete with a rare hyper-mobility syndrome, Claire’s passion for health & fitness came from years of researching how to prevent her own frequently occurring injuries. She has held a variety of positions in healthcare & fitness facilities over the past decade. She is currently studying to be a Certified Holistic Nutritionist through AFPA, after changing her diet saved her life in 2021. Claire loves working with people of all abilities in the gym, and particularly enjoys helping women build confidence in their physical abilities. 

In her free time, you can find Claire hiking with her dog Theo, baking healthy treats, rock climbing, or spending time with her loved ones.
