Update 4/29/20:

To all of our valued members and guests, we hope you all continue to stay safe and healthy during these difficult times.

With the May bill date approaching, we want to reiterate that all accounts will remain frozen until we are able to re-open for business. As of now, this will be no sooner than May 18, 2020, per Governor Baker's orders.

Strength Elite – Junior Athlete Optimization

This Daily Workout Program is designed to keep young athletes, ages 11-17, moving and in shape during the off-season. Daily Workouts are designed for each individual athlete and instructed by Certified Personal Trainer Matt Kehoe.

Come in up to two times per week, Tuesdays & Thursdays, between 4:00pm & 6:00pm to work with Matt. Workouts will focus on form, range of motion, flexibility, strength, and explosive power based on an athlete’s individual needs.
