Our focus on injury prevention and proper movement execution is of utmost importance. Our athletes’ mobility is constantly being assessed to determine the safest and most appropriate exercises to include in their daily workout. Our goal is to make you fitter, faster and stronger-and to keep you that way.

What is IronClad Fitness

IronClad fitness is a high-intensity community fitness class led by master trainer Pam Riddle. The principles of IronClad are designed to help you perform everyday movements with greater stability & strength.  Using a combo of DumbBells, BarBells, KettleBells, gymnastics, etc., you’ll enjoy a safe and effective work-out that will be different each day. 

Class Price and Schedule

$110 a month (min. 3-month agreement)
$99 a month for 2nd adult (min. 3-month agreement)
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays 6:00pm – 7:00pm

About the Instructor

With over 25 years of fitness experience under her belt, Pam has worked with athletes of all ages and abilities. She is most recently known as the head coach of the now closed CrossFit 1727. In addition to experience as a group fitness instructor, CrossFit Coach and personal trainer, Pam also has a background in sports medicine as a Certified Athletic Trainer. Her passion lies in injury prevention through yoga and mobility. 

Pam holds a Masters of Education from Springfield College in Applied Exercise Science/Strength & Conditioning and a Bachelors of Science from the University of Rhode Island in Physical Education/Athletic Training
