Strength Elite – Junior Athlete Optimization

The Strength Elite Daily Workout Program is designed to keep young athletes, ages 11-17, moving and in shape during the off-season. Daily Workouts are designed for each individual athlete and instructed by Certified Personal Trainer Matt Baniukiewicz. Come in on Tuesdays-Fridays, anytime between 4:00 & 6:00pm to work with Matt. Workouts will focus on form, range of motion, flexibility, strength and explosive power based on the athletes individual needs.
