This Daily Workout Program is designed to keep young athletes, ages 11-17, moving and in shape during the off-season. Daily Workouts are designed for each individual athlete and instructed by Certified Personal Trainer Matt Kehoe.
Come in up to two times per week, Tuesdays & Thursdays, between 4:00pm & 6:00pm to work with Matt. Workouts will focus on form, range of motion, flexibility, strength, and explosive power based on an athlete’s individual needs.
