Speed & Agility – Junior Athlete Optimization

This Daily Workout Program is designed to keep young athletes, ages 11-17, moving and in shape during the off-season. Daily Workouts are designed for each individual athlete and instructed by Certified Personal Trainer Matt Baniukiewicz. Come in two times per week, Tuesdays – Fridays, anytime between 4:00pm & 6:00pm to work with Matt. Workouts will focus on form, range of motion, flexibility, strength and explosive power based on athletes individual needs.
