We offer a wide variety of invigorating group exercise classes taught by qualified, passionate instructors. Whether you are looking for cardio, strength, interval, mind/body or fusion workouts; we have the right class for everyone. All group exercise classes strive to challenge participants at their own level while creating a supportive and motivating environment. All regularly scheduled classes are complimentary as part of your membership, specialist clinics and workshops are additional. Non-Members can participate in the regularly scheduled classes for $20.00/class.

A mix of yoga, Pilates and ballet. Unlike traditional workouts, Barre pushes the body to its threshold while fighting the maintain proper alignment and freeing the joints from additional stress. Barre is a challenging, results oriented, core based workout set to great music and will have you looking and feeling stronger while avoiding injury!
Moves to target the glutes and core muscles.
Total body toning moves to strengthen and lean the body with cardio to spike the heart rate.
A high energy class designed for maximum calorie burn in the shortest amount of time. We want to get you fit and healthy while challenging your mind and body; all while, most importantly, having fun!
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength and range of movement. Hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers® ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
Intervals of strength & cardio exercises to maximize your calorie burn.
Speed up your metabolism and burn more calories when you work out and at rest. You will use hand weights, body bars, tubing and your own body weight to change the shape of your body. No muscle gets neglected in this class!
Focused on the glutes, this workout is designed to life, redefine and tighten the entire backside of your body. The ab-centric portion of the workout hits your powerhouse from every angle to build a strong core, flat, sculpted abs and obliques, as well as a strong back.
A blend of dance aerobics followed by hand-held weight training along with resistance bands, then finally small stability ball balance work. A hallmark of this workout is the focus on one leg work resulting in increased balance and agility!
Yoga will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

A Spinning class is a high intensity, non-impact cardio workout with each participant riding a specially designed stationary bike. Spinning goes hand in hand with cardiovascular fitness, increased metabolism and weight loss. Spinning will work your legs, glutes, heart, lungs and sweat glands like they’ve never been worked before! Once you experience your first Spinning class the feeling of community, satisfaction, success and not to mention sweat, will keep you coming back for more!

Step interval class incorporating light weights for a total body workout.
A full body weighted workout. All weights, using entire body to maximize the burn.
This class is 60 minutes of 20 seconds of high intensity, 10 seconds of active rest merging the calorie torching disciplines of HIIT with cardio kickboxing choreography.
A sports inspired cardio class that brings out the inner athlete! This high intensity class will challenge you with the use of cardio exercises and weights.
A three way battle of the best of fitness! Beginning with an overall body warm up then right into 15 minutes of high intensity cardio drills, 15 minutes of strength training, and 15 minutes of concentrated core/abdominal work.
This mind/body workout will increase strength, flexibility and you will learn meditation and relaxation techniques. This breath oriented practice will help to increase your circulation, tone and renew your energy. Strength and Flexibility focuses on these exercises. Flow Yoga is a mix of vinyasa flows and gentle relaxation.
